My new way of relaxing

<p>I used to do tai chi.&nbsp; Now that I feel more stressed than ever, I need a way to relax.&nbsp; Since I don&#39;t really get much time to go out on gimmicks, or even get enough sleep, I think I&#39;ll just do this.. a couple of minutes a day.<br /><a id="more-210"></a></p>
